BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Online bookings are considered confirmed only if they are made at least 24
hours prior to the required booking time.

Bookings made with less than 24 hours notice are not confirmed.

In the event that we need to cancel a booking made with more than 24
hours notice, we will inform you in advance.

Public Holidays rates are same as weekend rates

Please note that Esports Plaza retains the right to cancel any booking at its discretion.

GAMING PC USERS:

Please ensure that you are a holder of the account required for the specific
game you are playing before coming to the gaming lounge.

For example, if you would like to play Fortnite, make sure you have an EPIC
Account in order for you to log in to play.

We will not provide any game accounts and will not issue any refunds for
players who are unable to join via their own game accounts.

We will however be more than happy to assist you in creating an account prior to
purchasing any hours.

PlayStation 5 USERS:

No game account is required, simply purchase your hours package, sit down, play and enjoy!
